Edmondson's provide a trade and home delivery service across the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Highlands and islands are coordinated with specialist onward carriers with customer approval. We also offer a trad collection and delivery service across the EU, from the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, all they across to the Czech Republic and Slovenia.
Our service includes both groupage and full loads mainly specialising in kitchens, cabinet and upholstered furniture. However, we do have the capabilities to make specialist loads with sensitive goods such as spirits, cars and documents, as well as other dry goods..
Edmondson's operate a single depot in Morecambe with good
access to the M6 and M62, linking the north and south of the UK and providing quick
access to the east of England. Similarly, we are a stone’s throw from Heysham
port for goods shipping out to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Our depot is a secure site with single access through an
automated barrier and on-site security team. The site is protected 24/7. We
employ a regular warehouse team that is experienced in handling furniture and
able to modify their procedures to meet manufacturers and retail demands on how
goods need to be handled.
